Whenever i have a bad day, i crave for particular foods especially spicy ones. Or, sometimes I eat very healthy. Well...depending on the mood. I am a cup collector. So i have to have the perfect plate with perfect food, perfect drink with perfect cup and color of my choice and a perfect movie to watch. After achieving so much of perfection, the moment i take the first bite, i think about the people in this world who are hungry and in need of any kind of food.
So, don't look for perfection. It is absolutely OK to not be OK (ahhh i think i just quoted a Korean drama name ;)).
Respect what you have, be thankful and happy. Rough days go puuffff when you remember to smile.
