A defining moment that unveils the essence of who we are as individuals. It often emerges during times of adversity, change, or significant decisions. Just as litmus paper reveals the acidity or alkalinity of a substance, these tests expose our emotional and moral composition. Facing a litmus test requires tapping into our resilience, adaptability, and integrity. It can reveal the strength of our values, showing whether we stand firm or waver under pressure. How we navigate these challenges reflects our capacity for growth and self-discovery. These tests can come in various forms: a career setback, a personal loss, a moral dilemma, financial struggles, or a leap of faith. Embracing them with grace and authenticity can lead to profound personal development, clarifying our sense of purpose and driving us towards positive change. Ultimately, a litmus test serves as a mirror, reflecting our truest selves in the crucible of life's trials, guiding us toward a more authentic and enlighten...

Beyond Beauty Boundaries

Beauty Standards have long been ingrained in society, influencing perceptions of attractiveness and self-worth. However, questioning their necessity has become increasingly important in promoting inclusivity and body positivity. Beauty standards have reached such elevated levels that even if an alien were to visit, they would feel compelled to compete. Amidst creating and promoting products, we often extol the significance of inner beauty. While products promotion is necessary, people establishing rigid beauty standards can feel somewhat disconcerting. Let me clarify, my intentions hold no prejudice against any products or companies, nor do I seek to harm anyone. Nonetheless, I find myself taken aback witnessing a certain category of people in the 21st century, with AI at our fingertips, still entangled in conversations of judgment regarding beauty. I firmly believe that every individual possesses their unique and exqu...

Ikigai... :)

Before you wonder what the word means...it is a Japanese word. The sound of it seems so idiosyncratic as we've learnt another language. As fancy as the word sounds, it gained popularity so quickly that i started my own research on it. Turns out everyone has their own meaning for the word. So, here's what it is.                                                  "Ikigai"                                                   Iki  means "Life"                                                   Gai means "value or worth"  The purpose which driv...

Frontal Lobe

Your brain is such an amazing part of your body. Especially, the Frontal Lobe. It allows you to explore and expand your limits. Honestly, there is no limit to that.  You think, create, make, analyze, judge, solve, build, destroy, cry, get depressed. All sorts of amazing stuff happens.  Giving up is easy.  "Saying this is easy", you might say. I am not just saying it. I know it. Worked out for me. What's gone is not coming back. Yeah!!! Hard truth. Money, time, moments, people.... "your actions, your consequences. your assumptions, your fault. your work, your success." That is not going to have even a slightest change even if Avengers try to go back in time. Quantum theory of time travel is not gonna work in reality. So buckle up. Get your top gears on and put your frontal lobe to use and make sure that's for good. Eventually, you'll know if it's good or bad by the end result.  Success + Happiness = End result How's that for a biology lesson :)  H...
